Qualifications
- Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
- Advanced Diploma/National 1st Degree in Commerce, Business, IT, Digital, Engineering or related discipline
- Postgraduate qualification in business, digital, product management or related field (preferred)
- SAFe or equivalent agile/product certification; product management, design thinking, business analysis, change or digital analytics certification (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Translate BCB strategy and client insight into a digital channel vision and multi-year roadmap.
- Own end-to-end digital journeys from onboarding to servicing and support; improve usability and accessibility.
- Develop and maintain business cases, benefit frameworks and prioritisation models for investment decisions.
- Lead product backlog, define outcomes, scope, features and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate with product owners, architecture and delivery teams for releases and readiness.
- Lead and develop digital product talent and promote high-performance culture.
- Identify and test emerging capabilities, including AI-enabled experiences and personalisation.
