Qualifications

• 10 years maintenance support experience.
• Understanding of solids, manufacturing equipment maintenance.
• 5 years Tablet tooling maintenance experience.
• Fault finding experience; attention to detail.
• Punctual and willing to work occasional overtime; understands measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintains manufacturing equipment including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic systems.
• Assists with installation, setups and changeovers of machinery.
• Tests and makes adjustments as needed.
• Performs routine repairs on malfunctioning equipment.
• Assists in implementing process improvements.
• Updates maintenance and repair logs.
• Prepares trouble reports for malfunctioning equipment.
• Reads equipment manuals and work orders to perform maintenance.
• Follows safety procedures on all tasks.
• Occasionally orders parts and supplies per department procedures.
