Job summary

Professional Resources Partners Pty Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all production equipment and infrastructure at their Germiston facility. This role demands strong leadership and technical expertise while ensuring compliance with safety and performance optimization policies.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance and a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Knowledge of CMMS is a plus. The role offers a permanent position in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• 5+ years' experience in industrial maintenance, with 3+ years at a supervisory or management level.
• Strong technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical systems in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and promote the use of PPE.
• Assist in developing and tracking the maintenance budget.
• Lead and develop a team of Millwrights, Artisans, and Technicians.
• Monitor and report on key maintenance KPIs.
