Ideal candidates have 9+ years in luxury residential/high-end projects, strong leadership and stakeholder management, and a proven track record of delivering complex estates on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, Civil Eng or Architecture.
• 9+ years in construction management, luxury residential or high-end developments.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with attention to detail and aesthetics.
• Experience with luxury properties and high-profile clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects on exclusive wine estates from planning to completion.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure top-quality craftsmanship, design, and finish standards.
