Placements24 is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for on-site leadership in the Paarl area of the Western Cape. You will oversee pre-construction planning through handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

You will coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, manage schedules and costs, and enforce quality control and safety standards across commercial and industrial projects.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction project management, with commercial/industrial sector focus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time.

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines.

• Implement and enforce rigorous quality control and safety management programs on-site.
