Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Viticulture, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management , preferably within the agricultural or food and beverage industry.
• Familiarity with vineyard management practices and winemaking processes is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of project development for viticulture and winemaking operations, from concept to completion.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budgets, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate activities of internal teams, external contractors, and suppliers involved in project execution.
• Ensure projects align with sustainability goals and adhere to stringent quality control measures in vineyard and cellar practices.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions to ensure timely and successful outcomes.
