• Matric.

• 3–5 years' experience in luxury retail sales.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in premium or luxury retail.
• Previous supervisory or senior sales experience essential.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, stock control and merchandising.
• Experience handling high-value transactions and discerning clientele.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Valid driver's license advantageous.
