Responsibilities

• Building trust, credibility and goodwill with clients and guests
• Prioritising timely and accurate responses to reservation enquiries
• Mastering reservation software systems for accuracy
• Managing bookings from enquiry to payment
• Efficiently handling phone and email correspondence
• Providing accurate information to guests
• Controlling and maximising occupancy levels
• Cross- and up-selling where appropriate
• Confirming all guaranteed bookings
• Following up proactively on provisional bookings
• Processing cancellations and amendments
• Resolving guest complaints and maintaining communication with properties
• Managing yield by maximising rates and profitability
• Co-ordinating rate distribution and organising site inspections
• Ongoing monitoring of booking movements and competitor activity
• Acting as a brand ambassador for the Company
