• Drive new business acquisitions from initial contact to implementation and sign-off.
• Manage customer relationships and negotiations to maintain account profitability.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, security, and performance reviews.
• Develop 24+ month site development plans and continuous improvement initiatives.
