The ideal candidate is admitted in SA with 5+ years in litigation, capable of mentoring juniors and contributing to strategy, research and courtroom proceedings in a supportive, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney with at least 5 years of dedicated litigation experience.
• Proven track record in civil disputes including commercial, personal injury, or property matters.
• Strong courtroom advocacy, research, writing, and oral argument skills.
• Ability to mentor junior lawyers and paralegals and manage a busy caseload.

Responsibilities

• Manage all stages of civil litigation from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research, case analysis and strategy development.
• Draft pleadings, motions, applications and other legal documents.
• Represent clients in court appearances, mediations and arbitrations.
• Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and paralegals on litigation matters.
• Engage in negotiations and client liaison for matters and deadlines.
