Responsibilities

• Manage and conduct complex commercial litigation from inception to resolution.
• Develop litigation strategies, prepare pleadings, affidavits, and court documents.
• Conduct discovery, including document review, examinations for discovery, and interrogatories.
• Represent clients in court appearances, mediations, arbitrations, and settlement conferences.
• Conduct legal research and provide authoritative opinions on litigation matters.
• Mentor and supervise junior associates and legal support staff.
• Liaise with clients, witnesses, opposing counsel, and relevant authorities.
• Manage case budgets and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Identify opportunities for business development within the litigation practice area.
