North-West University Potchefstroom Campus invites applications for a Senior Lecturer / Lecturer in Pharmaceutical Chemistry. The role covers undergraduate teaching for BPharm and supervision of MSc/PhD students, with active involvement in research within the Pharmacen Centre of Excellence.
The post requires a PhD (Senior Lecturer) or a Master’s degree (Lecturer), with demonstrated lecturing experience, strong publication records and expertise in analytical instrumentation and biotechnology
Qualifications
- PhD in Pharmaceutical Chemistry (NQF level 10).
- Proven undergraduate lecturing experience in a BPharm programme with a focus on Pharmaceutical Analysis.
- Demonstrated research publications in accredited journals.
Responsabilités
- Teach and coordinate Pharmaceutical Chemistry modules for the BPharm programme.
- Supervise MSc and PhD students within Pharmacen.
- Contribute to research development in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and related facilities.
