Qualifications
- 5+ years in senior infrastructure/MSP environments.
- 3+ years supporting Microsoft 365.
- Strong Azure/Entra ID/Intune capability.
- Windows Server, AD, DNS & DHCP.
Responsibilities
- Own escalations and lead projects.
- Resolve complex environments and provide trusted technical advice to clients.
- Mentor L1/L2 engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
