Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Network Engineering, Telecommunications or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on network engineering experience.
• Strong Cisco networking experience and routing/switching knowledge.
• Hands-on firewall management and network security experience.
• Strong documentation and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex network problems and perform root-cause analysis.
• Lead network upgrades, projects and multi-site deployments.
• Provide L3 technical escalation and advanced troubleshooting.
