Job summary

Syspro seeks a Senior Kubernetes Architect to lead the architecture, governance, and delivery of an enterprise Kubernetes platform. You will drive multitenancy, RBAC, and security controls while guiding engineering teams and collaborating with Cloud Operations to align with IT strategy.

Qualifications

7–10 years in cloud infrastructure or platform engineering.
At least 4 years dedicated to Kubernetes architecture and operations.
Experience designing enterprise-scale multitenancy Kubernetes platforms.
Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive architecture decisions.
Experience with SaaS or ERP cloud platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

Architect and govern Syspro’s enterprise-grade Kubernetes platform.
Define platform standards and blueprints for container orchestration, networking, storage, and security.
Lead multitenancy strategies including namespace isolation and RBAC.
Mentor junior engineers and conduct architecture reviews.
Evaluate and integrate AI-powered platform management tools.
Collaborate with Cloud Operations to align IT strategy and security.
Establish disaster recovery and high availability architecture for Kubernetes.
