You will manage the full customer lifecycle, forecast demand, and coordinate bids while maintaining CRM data and executing strategic account plans.

Qualifications

• University degree completed.
• Experience: 9+ years in relevant sales/marketing roles.
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and accounts.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for volume and margin.
• Manage end-to-end sales pipeline including tenders and bids.
• Develop and implement account plans to manage the customer lifecycle.
• Forecast sales and provide weekly/monthly reports.
• Maintain CRM records and customer master data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver service packages.
