Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on Java.
• In-depth knowledge of Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data).
• Experience designing and building RESTful web services.
• Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Hibernate.
• Familiarity with microservices and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Experience with Maven/Gradle and Git.
• Strong understanding of software design, patterns, and agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy backend services and applications using Java and the Spring ecosystem.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code adhering to best practices.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for integration with other internal and external systems.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and help drive technical decisions.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Work with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) to store and retrieve data efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
