Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and the Spring ecosystem (Boot/MVC/Security).
• Experience designing RESTful web services and APIs.
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Experience with Git; testing with JUnit/Mockito; build with Maven/Gradle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs using Java and the Spring framework.
• Design and implement robust database solutions, working with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define and implement features.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members.
• Optimize application performance, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments.
