ATS Client is seeking a Programme Manager to lead a global cyber security networks initiative from Midrand. The role coordinates planning, delivery, and governance across multiple markets, ensuring secure configurations and regulatory alignment.

You will drive cross‑functional collaboration, manage risk and stakeholders, and deliver measurable security improvements across Enterprise CPE, Core Network, and related domains.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in cyber security and network security.
• At least 5 years in a leadership/programme management role delivering large-scale security initiatives.
• Proven track record across multi-country or enterprise environments.
• Experience managing Enterprise/IP networks and security capability implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of the network security programme across Group markets.
• Oversee end-to-end programme management of initiatives and business cases across multiple networks and systems.
• Ensure six workstreams and seven objectives are executed with ISO27001 and NIST alignment.
• Manage risk, resources, dependencies, and stakeholder engagement across markets.
• Provide reports and governance updates to executive forums.
