Boardroom Appointments is seeking an experienced IT Programme Manager to lead the planning, execution and delivery of large-scale technology programmes. This role oversees multiple interdependent projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, governance and risk management.

The successful candidate will manage budgets, drive cost optimisation and deliver benefits realisation across enterprise IT initiatives while coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years' experience delivering large-scale IT programmes.
• Experience delivering programmes involving cloud, cybersecurity, ERP/CRM, or infrastructure modernization.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end management of complex IT programmes, including scoping and roadmap creation.
• Drive delivery oversight, reporting structures, and benefits realisation.
• Manage governance, Steering Committee meetings and executive reporting.
• Own programme budgets, forecasts, and cost optimisation.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigations.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and produce executive dashboards.
