Pollock & Associates is seeking a stable IT Engineer to maintain a Microsoft and virtualised environment, ensuring security and smooth operation. You will resolve issues from user support to infrastructure as part of a close-knit IT team that values ownership and practical problem-solving.

You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network and user issues, install and upgrade systems, uphold security standards, and document resolutions clearly for future reference.

Competenze

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology or related field.
• Solid grounding in networking principles and infrastructure.
• Microsoft, Cisco or VMware certification advantageous.
• You explain technical issues in language users understand.
• You own a problem until it is solved, not just logged.
