Job summary

Clicks Group Limited in Roodepoort is seeking a permanent Senior Business Analyst (IT) to drive analysis, define process and system improvements, and oversee projects of various sizes under the Applications Portfolio Manager. You will formalise requirements, craft functional and technical specs, and ensure solutions meet business needs.

The role requires 7–10 years of experience, SAP familiarity, and strong analytical and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

3PL interfacing and integration experience.
Writing functional specifications for business review and sign-off.
Writing technical specifications for developers to follow.
Writing test specifications and executing testing against them.

Responsibilities

Develop or assist with the project plan including scope, deliverables, timelines and resources.
Lead and track project tasks to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Analyse business processes, define solutions, and present justifications.
Gather requirements, run workshops, and configure the system with technical teams.
Document functional specs and support testing and user acceptance.
Provide 2nd/3rd line support and engage senior stakeholders.
Transfer knowledge and develop staff capabilities.
Collaborate on technical specs with architects and developers.
