Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and familiarity with SAP S/4HANA.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of SAP BA experience required.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into functional designs.
• Hands-on in SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM) preferred.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is advantageous.
• Experience documenting requirements and user testing.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes.
• Translate business needs into SAP functional specifications.
• Configure and support SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM).
• Collaborate with developers during solution design and delivery.
• Perform system testing, UAT, and issue resolution.
• Support SAP integrations, upgrades, and improvements.
• Provide end-user training, docs, and post-implementation support.
• Act as liaison between business, IT, and vendors/consultants.
