Job summary

MPRTC Recruitment is seeking a seasoned sales leader with 5–7 years in FMCG or consumer goods, focusing on national key accounts and retail buyers. You will oversee internal sales teams, drive order processing, and deliver accurate sales reporting. Strong Excel and SYSPRO experience are highly valued.

The role requires leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage high-volume orders while building excellent customer relationships across national channels.

Qualifications

• Matric/Grade 12 is essential.
• 5–7 years of relevant sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory or management experience.
• Strong FMCG/retail supplier or consumer goods experience.
• Proven experience managing national key accounts and retail buyers.
• Experience managing an Internal Sales or Sales Administration team.
• Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, lookups and formulas.
• Strong sales analysis and reporting ability.
• Excellent customer relationship and key account management skills.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong administrative and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and high-volume orders.
• ERP/order processing system experience; SYSPRO advantageous.
• Proficient in Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
