Qualification in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architectural Draughting.
Experience working with international clients or projects.
Up-to-date passport for traveling purposes.

Responsibilities

Develop creative interior design concepts aligned with client requirements and brand identity.
Lead projects from concept through design development and implementation.
Conduct site surveys, measurements and spatial analysis.
Develop detailed space planning and functional layouts.
Select finishes, fixtures, furniture, lighting and interior elements.
Produce 3D models, renders and visual presentations.
Source and specify furniture, fixtures and equipment.
Obtain quotations and assist with cost comparisons and negotiations.
Manage procurement, ordering, deliveries and installations.
Attend site meetings and monitor project implementation.
Provide regular project updates and manage expectations.
