The ideal candidate has 6+ years of interior architecture experience, a strong design portfolio, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in interior architecture and design.
• Demonstrated experience leading interior design projects from concept to completion.

• Strong understanding of space planning, lighting design and materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Select interior finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) to achieve design objectives.
• Prepare detailed drawings, renderings, and presentations to communicate design proposals effectively.

• Manage interior design project timelines and budgets.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design intent during construction.

Requirements

• Professional degree or diploma in Interior Architecture or Interior Design.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in interior architecture and design.
• Demonstrated experience leading interior design projects from concept to completion.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of space planning, ergonomics, material properties, and lighting design.
