Qualifications

• Master's degree in Instructional Design or related field is required.
• Minimum of 6 years of professional instructional design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and multimedia software is essential.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging e-learning courses and instructor-led materials.
• Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to objectives and assessments.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather content and ensure accuracy.
• Develop storyboards, scripts, and multimedia components for modules.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and suggest data-driven improvements.
