Collaborate with faculty to create interactive content, assessments, and learning activities. You will ensure courses meet accessibility standards and quality guidelines while supporting faculty with LMS training and best practices.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Instructional Design or related field.
• 5+ years of instructional design experience in higher education.
• Proficiency with Moodle, Blackboard or Canvas and authoring tools.
• Strong knowledge of UDL and accessibility standards.
• Excellent remote collaboration and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging online courses and learning materials using a variety of instructional technologies and media.

• Ensure all developed courses adhere to accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and institutional quality guidelines.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, with a strong portfolio showcasing online course development for higher education.
• Proficiency in learning management systems (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas) and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories, pedagogical principles, and universal design for learning (UDL).
• Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
