Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in instructional design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 and Adobe Captivate.
• Solid understanding of LMS and SCORM compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging e-learning courses, modules, and multimedia assets using authoring tools.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design models to create learner-centered experiences.
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather information, define objectives, and ensure content accuracy.
• Create storyboards, scripts, assessments, and interactive elements for online courses.
• Conduct formative and summative evaluations to ensure effectiveness and identify improvements.
• Manage multiple projects remotely, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
