This fully remote leadership role focuses on high-impact training aligned with strategic goals and emphasizes innovation, mentorship, and quality across materials.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in instructional design, including leadership, with expertise in adult learning and models like ADDIE and Kirkpatrick, plus proficiency in Articulate 360,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Adult Learning, or related field.
• 8+ years of instructional design experience, with 3+ years in leadership/management.
• Proven design of varied learning solutions for diverse audiences.
• Expertise in adult learning principles and design models (ADDIE, SAM).
• Proficiency with authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate) and LMS.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of instructional designers.
• Oversee end-to-end design of learning solutions (e-learning, workshops, performance tools).
• Establish instructional design standards, QA processes, and best practices.
• Collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders, and PMs to define learning needs.
• Evaluate program effectiveness and suggest improvements based on data.
• Stay current with trends in instructional design and learning tech.
