Qualifications

Requirements

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience as an Instructional Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful learning solutions.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and developing e-learning courses using industry-standard authoring tools.
• In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning evaluation models.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in multimedia development tools and graphic design principles is a plus.
• Experience working in a corporate training or professional development environment is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.
