You bring 5–7 years of field experience, strong TCP/IP, routing, and cabling knowledge, and a proven ability to guide junior technicians.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in network infrastructure installation and configuration.
• In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), and switching technologies.
• Experience with fiber optic and copper cabling installation standards.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving network connectivity and performance issues.
• Strong understanding of network security principles.
• Ability to lead technical teams and manage project deliverables.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
• CCNA/CCNP or equivalent certifications preferred.
