Job summary

WPP Media South Africa seeks a Senior Influencer & Creative Partnerships Manager in Cape Town to elevate brand stories through strategic talent partnerships and creative integrations. You will lead top-tier Mega and Macro influencers, manage relationships, negotiate terms, and renew partnerships.

You will also co-create campaign concepts with the creative agency, translate briefs into influencer strategies, oversee budgets and SOWs, and ensure seamless integration of talent with media plans

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, or Creative Account Management.
• Proven track record with Mega influencers/celebrities and high-budget campaigns.
• Experience in agency creative brainstorms, pitching concepts, and negotiating long-term talent contracts.

Responsibilities

• High-Tier Talent Strategy & Relationship Management.
• Lead Mega influencer ownership and alignment with client objectives.
• Identify high-potential talent and strategic brand-fit partnerships.
• Negotiate long-term brand ambassador deals and renewals, usage rights, and terms.
• Co-create campaign concepts with the creative agency team and translate briefs into influencer strategies.
• Oversee client brief intake, progress updates, and post-campaign analysis.
