Job summary

MSL South Africa is seeking a Junior to Mid-Level Influencer Coordinator & Campaign Manager to join our team. You will manage influencer campaigns end-to-end, translate briefs into influencer-first strategies, and work closely with creators, clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in influencer marketing, social media, PR or integrated agency environments.
• Strong time management and multi tasking skills.
• Excellent English (verbal and written).
• Proficient in MS Office with budgeting and reporting.
• Experience with influencer discovery and reporting tools is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop influencer campaign strategies aligned to client objectives and audiences.
• Translate briefs into influencer-first content strategies.
• Negotiate influencer fees, deliverables and usage rights.
• Manage influencer contracts, onboarding and compliance processes.
• Build and maintain a network of creators across platforms.
• End-to-end management of influencer campaigns from briefing to reporting.
• Coordinate content reviews and approvals for brand alignment.
• Track KPIs and ROI, analyse performance data and develop post-campaign insights.
• Assist with campaign costing, budgeting and vendor administration.
