impact.com in Cape Town is seeking a Senior Creator Account Manager to drive growth and engagement across influencer and affiliate programs for a portfolio of global brands. You will design and scale performance-led creator strategies at the intersection of strategy, execution, and client partnership in a fast-moving creator landscape.

This hands-on role requires 3+ years in influencer marketing, budgeting, negotiation, and campaign delivery.

Qualifications

3+ years experience managing influencer marketing programs.
Agency experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of influencers across verticals and niches.

Responsibilities

Ideate and develop influencer campaign proposals with pricing and decks.
Collaborate with Sales to answer RFPs and pitch strategy.
Own influencer campaign execution across multiple brands.
Manage relationships and revenue with portfolio of customers.
Oversee communications and negotiations with creators.
Recruit relevant content creators and build influencer relationships.
Create and manage paid amplification campaigns (Meta Ads Manager & TikTok Spark Ads).
Monitor budgets and timelines to meet revenue goals and deadlines.
