Placements24 is seeking a Senior Industrial Systems Engineer for its Mahikeng, North West facility. You will design and optimize complex manufacturing systems, lead automation initiatives, and mentor junior engineers to drive productivity, quality, and efficiency across production lines.

You will apply Lean and Six Sigma, manage cross-functional projects, and leverage data analytics to identify opportunities. A strong background in industrial engineering and Industry 4.0 concepts is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years in industrial or manufacturing engineering.
• Experience designing and implementing complex manufacturing systems.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Proficient in CAD software and simulation tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools for system design and analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience mentoring technical teams.
