Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical engineering or related field.
• 6+ years in production engineering, manufacturing systems or industrial engineering.
• Proven track record in optimizing production lines and reducing costs.
• Strong knowledge of lean tools (5S, Kaizen, VSM) and SPC.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing production systems to identify bottlenecks and opportunities.
• Design, develop, and implement new production systems and technologies including automation upgrades.
• Apply lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methods.
• Create documentation for processes, SOPs, and technical manuals.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis to minimize downtime.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in production engineering, manufacturing systems, or industrial engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in optimizing production lines, improving throughput, and reducing manufacturing costs.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing tools (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, VSM) and statistical process control (SPC).
• Familiarity with automation technologies, robotics, and PLC systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
