Job summary

SavageOne Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Industrial Process Engineer to optimize and redesign manufacturing processes, improving productivity, quality and safety onsite in Midrand. The role requires extensive experience in process analysis, design and implementation across manufacturing environments.

The candidate should be proficient in process simulation and modeling tools (AutoCAD, MATLAB) and have strong Lean/Six Sigma knowledge, with leadership and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; master's or certifications (Six Sigma Lean) desirable.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in industrial process engineering or related senior role.
• Experience in telecommunications is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation of existing manufacturing processes to identify improvements in efficiency, quality and cost.
• Design and develop new processes or enhance existing ones to drive productivity.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation of process improvements and integration into systems.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for complex process issues and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain documentation of processes, modifications and improvements.
