Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's in IE or Mechanical Engineering, ECSA certification, and hands-on experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5+ years in industrial engineering in manufacturing environments.
• ECSA certification or equivalent.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficient with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ERP systems.
• Data analysis skills using Excel, Power BI, MATLAB.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and optimize industrial processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop and implement workflow designs meeting quality, safety, and productivity standards.
• Support Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations, production, and maintenance to implement new processes.
• Conduct time studies and analyze production data for improvements.
• Create and manage documentation for process improvements, equipment specs, and compliance.
