Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years in industrial maintenance in manufacturing.
- Experience leading a maintenance team.
- Strong knowledge of PLC systems, motor controls, and industrial automation.
- Familiarity with CMMS.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute preventative maintenance plans for plant machinery.
- Lead and train a team of maintenance technicians.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to identify root causes.
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Implement new maintenance technologies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
