Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in industrial engineering with a focus on facility layout, design and material handling.
• Proficient with CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and simulation tools (Arena, AnyLogic).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, warehousing and distribution operations.
• Lean Manufacturing experience is desirable.

This is a hybrid role based in the vibrant area of Randburg, Gauteng , offering a balance between on-site collaboration and remote analytical work. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing existing facility layouts and designing optimized spaces that improve workflow, material handling, safety, and overall operational efficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of manufacturing and distribution processes, material flow principles, and advanced CAD/simulation tools. You will work closely with operations, engineering, and management teams to translate business needs into effective facility designs. Your expertise will be critical in shaping the physical infrastructure that supports our client's strategic growth and operational objectives. This hybrid position allows for hands-on engagement with facilities while leveraging remote capabilities for in-depth analysis and design work, supporting operations across South Africa .

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
