Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in industrial engineering with facility planning and layout design.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and layout simulation tools.
• Strong understanding of material handling, ergonomics, and safety standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current facility layouts and material flow to identify constraints and opportunities for improvement.
• Design and develop optimal facility layouts using CAD software and simulation tools.
• Conduct ergonomic assessments and implement improvements to enhance worker safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements for new facilities or expansions.
• Develop business cases and justifications for facility upgrades and capital investments.
• Oversee the implementation of new layouts, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
