Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil) or related field.
• PMP certification is highly preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing industrial development projects.
• Proven track record delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of industrial processes, construction management, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools for planning and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements for industrial projects.
• Manage project execution, ensuring adherence to engineering specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Coordinate effectively with internal teams, external contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement robust risk management strategies to proactively identify and address potential issues and ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress, control budgets, and provide regular, clear status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all project participants.
