• In-depth knowledge of South African construction laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement construction plans, budgets and schedules.
• Lead and mentor multidisciplinary project teams.
• Oversee site operations ensuring safety, environmental standards and quality.
• Manage contract administration, negotiations and procurement of subcontractors.
• Monitor progress and implement mitigation for cost/time risks.
• Liaise with government authorities, clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
