Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in construction management, with focus on industrial projects.
• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale industrial construction sites.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies, safety standards, and project management principles.
• Proficiency in project management software and construction management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for industrial facilities.
• Develop and execute detailed construction plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Oversee and manage all subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel.
