Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechatronics/Computer Engineering or closely related field.
- 8+ years in industrial automation with leadership experience.
- Experience with PLCs and HMI/SCADA; robotics integration preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills.
Responsabilités
- Lead design, development, and integration of automation systems (PLCs, HMI, robotics, SCADA).
- Manage automation projects from concept through commissioning, on time and budget.
- Improve production efficiency and OEE; ensure safety and reliability.
- Provide guidance to automation technicians and engineers; troubleshoot complex issues.
- Maintain documentation: P&IDs, diagrams, electrical schematics.
