Job summary
Placements24 seeks a strategic Procurement Manager to lead indirect services procurement in Sandton, Gauteng. You will drive category strategies, manage high-value contracts, monitor supplier performance against SLAs, and implement risk management frameworks within the financial services sector.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in SCM, Business Admin, Law, or related field.
- 8+ years in procurement with indirect/services focus.
- Proven ability to lead high-value service contracts and negotiations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute category strategies for indirect services.
- Lead complex negotiations with service providers.
- Manage supplier relationships and monitor SLA performance.
- Conduct market analysis for trends and suppliers.
- Collaborate with business units to define service needs.
- Establish risk management frameworks for service contracts.
- Oversee RFPs, RFQs and due diligence.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and policies.
- Lead procurement team for indirect services.
- Track savings and contract compliance.
