The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Petroleum/Mechanical Engineering, 12+ years in drilling operations (7+ in management), and IWCF certification, with strong vision for operational excellence and team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of drilling operations experience, with 7+ years in supervisory/management roles.
• Extensive knowledge of drilling techniques, equipment and related risks.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale drilling projects and complex operations.
• Strong well control knowledge and emergency response procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication and decision-making skills.
• IWCF certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all onshore and offshore drilling operations with safety and environmental compliance.
• Develop and implement drilling programs to optimize performance and reduce risk.
• Manage budgets, expenditures and cost control.
• Oversee equipment and personnel selection, maintenance and deployment.
• Ensure compliance with policies, industry practices and regulations.
• Mentor drilling engineers and field supervisors to foster safety and improvement.
• Coordinate with geology, completions and HSE for integrated execution.
• Monitor progress, analyze data and adjust to improve efficiency.
• Manage relationships with third-party service providers and contractors.
