Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial HVAC Technician.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, airflow principles, and building automation systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical control systems and mechanical components of HVAC units.
• Possession of relevant trade certifications (e.g., F-Gas, EPA Universal) and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently, manage service schedules effectively, and respond to emergency service calls.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspections on all air conditioning equipment to ensure peak performance and energy efficiency.
