They seek experienced Human Factors Consultants to join their expanding capability and influence safety, design and operational outcomes across programmes.

The Senior Safety and Risk Consultant - Human Factors will provide HF assessments across design and operations, working with engineering, safety and project teams to embed HF

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent background in Human Factors, Ergonomics, Applied Psychology or a related discipline.
• Experience applying Human Factors methodologies in an industrial environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Human Factors assessments across design, operations and safety case activities.
• Support hazard identification and analysis, human reliability assessments and design decisions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate HF concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
